She has been a partner of CGMA associated law firm since 2018, which she had been already collaborating with since 2004. Her main practice areas are civil law and, in particular, family, labour and consumer law.

BIOGRAPHY

She graduated with honours from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Piacenza, submitting a thesis on the interpretation of legal transactions mortis causa both in Roman law and in the case-law of modern courts; in 2006 she was awarded the 'Agostino Gemelli Prize' for being the top Unicatt law graduate of year 2004. In 2013 she got a short Master’s degree in family and child-protection law from AIDIF - Avvocatura Italiana per i Diritti delle Famiglie, i.e Italian Family Rights Advocacy. She was called to the Bar of Piacenza in 2008 and she has been a partner of CGMA associated law firm of Piacenza since 2018.

• She is a member of the provincial Legal Advisory of Federconsumatori (Consumers’ Association, of AIAF (Associazione Italiana degli Avvocati per la famiglia e i minori, i.e. Italian Association of Child and Family Lawyers), and of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani, i.e. Specialist Employment Lawyers).
• Since 2017 she has been collaborating with the Telefono Rosa (Helpline for abused women) Anti-Violence Centre of Piacenza.
